Unofficial Red Camp 5 Meeting @ Sentosa Sunday, November 30, 2008
Today, i will be posting up 2 posts. One about yesterday and one about today. I'll start about yesterday then. Yesterday was the unofficial Red Camp 5 Meeting @ Sentosa . Firstly, i have to say that i was soooooooo disappointed with the Chung Cheng people who went with me to the Red Camp @ Ngee Ann Polytechnic. None of them turned up. Except for Sebastian. But at least some were kind enough to tell me that they could not go. People like Ee Ting and Sin Ren. But the others. Couldn't u have at least told us? But nevermind about that. What's past is past. The meeting was still fun though.
Started the morning late. I was supposed meet up with Chu Ling and Amirah at Jurong East at 8.30. But i woke up super late at 8am. Haha. I got a shock. I quickly rushed out la. (Forgot to take my breakfast too) ended up going alone and then meeting them at Harbourfront MRT. When i got there, there was also quite little people la. Compared to the numbers that originally went to the Red Camp. But it was still alot of fun. Haha. We met up at Vivo's rooftop. We were split up from the 5 tribes to 7 tribes. Mine was the Cenninchevitans. (Made up by all 5 tribes) Its a long name. But it was still cool. And many SLs got tongue-tied trying to pronounce it. Haha. Some ice-breaker games were played and we went off to get lunch before heading off to Siloso Beach. There, we played many different games. We had to fill up a bottle with ea water. I practically went to hold sea water in my mouth la. Almost choked. We lost that game. But we won at Captain's ball. We totally trashed the other team at cheering too (maybe caused our tribe outnumbered theirs by alot, but it can't be helped i suppose, cause our tribe just rocked!!) We also a freeze mob at Sentosa, though it wasn't as successful as i thought ba. the mass dance was a success though. It was so funny to see the public's face. Haha. Somewhere confused being shocked and amused i think.
I got super sunburnt. I have never got so sunburnt in my life too. Haha. I woke up tomorrow shocked thinking "Why am i so red?!" After Red Camp ended, it was still early. So i hung out with Sebastian and some of my newly made frens from the Cenninchevitans. Worse thing was, i was like carried from inland to the sea and thrown inside. Haha. They caught me off guard and the next thing i new, i was in the water. got all wet again though i thought my class had dried already. Played some beach soccer with my pals later on and went off to Vivo to meet Chu Ling and Amirah again. We chatted for awhile and then went to the rooftop again to see the fireworks at Vivo. It was Vivo's second anniversary that day. (It was super coincidental la...and i hoped that i could have watched with u) we then walked around cause we didn't want to get caught up in the jam of people. And then took the train home. All in all, it was a super long day, and also a very tirin day. But it was just simply awesome. Hope to be able to go out on an outing with so much fun again!!!!!
One more thing, have to say sorry to someone. Chu ling, sorry hor. Didn't know u were allergic to sea water. Then i caused those rashes when i hugged u. So very sorry. And sorry for being mean everytime. Haha. Rock on.
